H-E-B - Gattis School Rd: Your Neighborhood Grocery Haven

Their sushi and egg rolls are really good and fresh... The pork egg rolls are some of the best I've had around here...I was able to buy some of the chili sauce as well which went perfect with those delicious rolls... Great store and good prices as well...I will make this HEB my store on the app...

Love this HEB. I shop here all the time, employees are very nice and always asking to help you find whatever you are looking for, its a very clean store, plenty of grocery and general merchandise options, great bakery and meat department, always has fresh produce and meats. Even if they are busy the get customers oit in a timely manner, love the pre prepped meals and Togo foods. Thanks y'all.

I want to say that this store has the best employees ever. I am not sure if her name is Ashley but I think it is. she works the morning shift at the self checkout. She is absolutely the most kindest beautiful soul that I have ever come across. This well forever be my store.

Every year in December our church feeds about 350 people a Christmas meal. We get the oven roasted turkey breast from HEB and they slice it for us. We like the Butterball brand for 2 reasons: it tastes good and is cheaper than the HEB brand.

I had two issues occur with my shopping experience at this location. I had to return for a refund and to make these issues known. There was a store manager (James) greeting guests at the door. After initially very politely greeting me. He promptly listened to my complaints. Quickly took care of them and addressed the issue I had with my item previously purchased. And made sure I didn't go home empty handed with a meal to compensate for my time and refund. Thank you to James who really turned a not so good day in to an amazing evening.

Last week I had the dreadful experience of opening my wallet and seeing my debit card missing. I remembered we went to HEB but I didn't use my card while there. I called to check if someone had found it (thinking there was very little chance of that) and I spoke with the bookkeeper and they had it! I was able to pick up my card at 7:30pm! They asked when I had lost it and then confirmed they had it and asked for me to show my ID at pick up. I'm not sure how I lost it there but I am so grateful for everyone at HEB and the kindness of strangers for turning it in.
